Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, using our website, mobile app, or GPS tracking service, or purchasing a tracker from swifttrack GPS, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms apply alongside our Privacy & Cookie Policy, which explains how we handle your data. When you tap "I agree" in our app or web portal, your acceptance — and the date and time — is recorded against your account.
The service we provide
We provide a GPS tracker and a subscription app/portal to see your vehicle's location, get alerts, set safe zones, and check trip history. Needs network and GPS signal to work.
Your account
Give accurate details (valid Kenyan phone number), keep your password safe, and tell us if someone accesses it without permission.
Subscriptions, billing & M-Pesa payments
Subscriptions are monthly, paid via M-Pesa, and don't auto-renew. If it lapses, tracking pauses after a short grace period — just pay again to reactivate. M-Pesa payments generally can't be reversed by us; contact us if a payment didn't go through correctly.
Referral rewards & discount codes
These are a bonus, not cash. They expire, can't be transferred or sold, and terms can change for future codes (not ones you already have).
Acceptable use
Only track vehicles you own or have permission to track. Tracking someone without consent is against these terms and may be a crime in Kenya. Don't tamper with, resell, or reverse-engineer the hardware.
Device purchases, ownership & your responsibility
Once you buy it, it's yours, you decide how and where to use it. You also provide and manage your own SIM card; we don't control it.
Termination
Cancel anytime by not renewing. We can suspend accounts that break these terms. No refunds for unused time.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; continuing to use the service means you accept changes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
